What do you eat?

When ever people find out about my food intolerance's I'm always asked the same question....
What do you eat?????

They think there's nothing left once you take Meat, poultry, dairy and yeast off the menu.  What's left?  Well alot.... My weekly grocery shop includes eggs, fish, veggies, fruit and non dairy alternatives. Along with this I make my own yeast free Soda bread, biscuits, muffins and scones.

Living with IBS doesn't mean that food has to be expensive or boring.   Dairy free alternatives do cost more compared too full dairy, but the cost of my weekly shop has still gone down.  As for boring, well I let you make up your own mind.

-Toasted Pumpkin soda Bread with honey

If your new too living with IBS the best advise I can give is, make your own meals from scratch.  Limit the amount of pre made alternatives and you'll save money.  You'll also have more control over what you eat, thus more control of your IBS.

So the question is .....what do you eat?
