BAKING AND FAKING NORMAL

I started this blog as a kind of therapy, Iv suffered from depression for over 10 years and just a few years later was diagnosed with an Anxiety Disorder.  People are often shocked when they find out.  I don't seem like that kind of person.  My  psychologist  summed it up well "I'm good  at Faking normal"  

 Iv had great support from my Doctor, Mental Health nurse and my close friends and Family.  They accept me for who I am, as I hope anyone reading this will also do.  

By accepting my mental health problem and acknowledging that there's no magic pill to make it go away.

I also have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, (IBS) for over 20 years now.  Iv had to learn to adjust, overcome  and get creative with my diet, as my food intolerance's have gotten worse. I can no longer eat any foods containing Gluten,Dairy,Yeast, Meat or Poultry.  I also have to watch the amount of Sugar I eat and avoid fried food. 

Iv now also been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, which makes my mission of eating well on a budget slightly more difficult.  Hopefully by sharing my own story, I can help other people overcome their own obstacles.
