Accidently Dairy Free foods   Accidentally Dairy free - Are food's that were not intentionally created to be marketed as Dairy free. I'm Lactose intolerant so I don't need to worry too much about cross contamination, while those with a milk allergy do.  So accidently Dairy free foods are safe for me too eat. When you find out your lactose intolerant you automatically assume that you can no longer eat non free from food.  That's not always the case..... WASTE NOT WANT NOT   - Popcorn I seriously love popcorn, iv skipped lunch before so I could eat an entire box at the cinema.  That was until I found out, they no longer freshly pop the kernels anymore.  It's all pre-packed, so its not much different than bringing your own brand name pack of popcorn.
