Cook book review - How it all Vegan

Image
There's nothing better than going to the library and hearing the words, "we've got a book in for you".  My local library has requested some random vegan cook books for me, so I have no idea what's been ordered.  One of the best sources of recipes for a dairy free diet is still vegan cookbooks.  Specialised cook books on Food intolerance or Allergy are more general and the recipes are usually FREE FROM everything, not just dairy.  How it all Vegan  was first printed in 1999, and it's still in print over 10 years later.  Which is an indication that it's a good cook book, and overall it is.  It has lots of  basic recipes that are really useful for those of us that can't eat dairy.  Being a vegan cook book it's also ideal for people who are also allergic to eggs.  Negatives - The start of the cook book was a bit too much information overload for me, on living a vegan life style.  It also doesn't have any photo...
